I'm not a fan of Sherry, so I used dry white wine instead. It worked out just fine. The dish was still very flavorful and delicious.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. I would probably use less butter and cream next time. But the flavors were all there, and the chicken was cooked perfectly.

I made a few substitutions to this recipe based on what I had on hand, and it still turned out great. I used white wine instead of Sherry, and I added some chopped spinach to the sauce. It was a delicious and healthy meal.
