Steps:
- Sautee chicken breasts in oil, remove from pan. In same pan, add 1 tsp oil, sautee apple and onion with curry powder and salt. Add chutney and water, simmer 10 minutes to thicken and reduce slightly. Serve sauce over chicken breasts, with brown rice and broccoli.
