CHICKEN CORDON BLEU SANDWICHES
Steps:
- Dredge chicken in flour then egg and finally bread crumbs. Fry in oil until done. While chicken is frying assemble sandwiches. Slice bread to desired thickness and lay slices on a platter. On each slice place slices of swiss cheese and on 4 slices place ham. Top ham slices with chicken and cover with remaining slices. Wrap in foil and your ready to go.
