Cook on low for five minutes. -Add the Roux in small amounts to the Scarparelli and stir until dissolved and the sauce thickens. Add more roux as desired until you have the thickness you want for the sauce.discard any unused roux -Add the chicken, sausage, and the parsley to the sauce mix and simmer on low for six minutes. -Pour the entire mixture over the pasta in large caserol dish From here you can serve immiedietly. For later serving just heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes

This was an easy and delicious recipe. I used all of the ingredients that were called for, and I didn't have to make any substitutions. The chicken and sausage were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was flavorful and rich. I would definitely recommend

I'm not a huge fan of chicken and sausage, but I really enjoyed this dish. The sauce was amazing, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this recipe to others, even if they're not big fans of chicken and sausage.

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a hit. The chicken and sausage are always cooked perfectly, and the sauce is so flavorful. I love serving this dish over pasta, but it's also great on its own.

This was a good recipe, but I made a few changes. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, and I added a little bit of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce. I also served it over spaghetti instead of penne. Overall, I was happy

I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. The chicken and sausage were tough, and the sauce was bland. I think I may have overcooked the chicken, but even so, I don't think I would make this recipe again.

This dish was a bit more work than I usually like to put into a weeknight meal, but it was worth it. The flavors were amazing, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again, but maybe on a weekend when I have more time.

I've tried many scarpariello recipes, but this one is by far the best. The combination of chicken, sausage, and peppers is perfect, and the sauce is so flavorful. I highly recommend this recipe!
