This casserole is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the hash browns and the ham, and they don't even realize they're eating spinach.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have leftover ham from Easter, and this is a great way to use it up.

I'm not a big fan of cheese, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The cheese wasn't overpowering, and it really complemented the hash browns and ham.

I love that this casserole can be made with different ingredients. I've made it with sausage instead of ham, and I've also added different vegetables, like bell peppers or onions.

I'm not a big fan of ham, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The hash browns were crispy and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely make this again.
