Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Prick bottom of pastry and bake shell in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and turn temp down to 350. Place ham in pastry shell. Top with cheese and nutmeg. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir half & half and seasonings into egg mix. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes until brown. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
