CHEESY HAM QUICHE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

9 inch pastry pie shell (premade)
1 cup diced, cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400. Prick bottom of pastry and bake shell in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and turn temp down to 350. Place ham in pastry shell. Top with cheese and nutmeg. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir half & half and seasonings into egg mix. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes until brown. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
