This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I also like to add some vegetables, like bell peppers or onions, to make it a more complete meal.

I'm not a fan of salsa, but I still enjoyed this dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted and gooey.

I would give this recipe 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that it's a bit too salty for my taste. Next time, I'll use less salt or omit it altogether.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dish didn't turn out as good as I expected. Maybe I used the wrong kind of salsa.

The salsa made this dish a bit too spicy for my taste. Next time, I'll use a milder salsa or add some sour cream to cool it down.

I added some black beans and corn to this dish to make it more filling. It was a great way to use up leftover chicken.
