Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2. In a bowl mix the eggs with the olive oil and milk. In a separate bowl, mix the the flour and baking powder with a pinch of salt and pepper. Incorporate flour mixture into the egg mixture.
- 3. Add the grated cheese and the chopped salami to the batter and mix. Grease 9 muffin cups and distribute the batter between the cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
