This sounds absolutely delicious to me, although I may have to work with it to get it diabetic-friendly for myself. But others may enjoy this while I keep it tucked away. It sounds perfect for a holiday potluck table at work. Recipe from Charmaine Haravey of Niwot, Colorado.

I'm not a big fan of oatmeal cookies, but these were actually really good. They were soft and chewy, and the raisins, dates, and walnuts added a nice flavor.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I would probably use less honey next time.

I was looking for a healthy oatmeal cookie recipe and these definitely fit the bill. They are made with whole wheat flour and oats, and they are sweetened with honey instead of sugar.
