Chai Spiced Cookies image

I got this out of a 2007 Pillsbury Holiday Cookie Book. I made them for our Christmas trays this year. They taste awesome and are very easy to make. Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you off.

The cookies were a bit dry. I think I would have added more butter or oil to the dough.

These cookies were a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with less chai spices.
