I'm allergic to catfish, so I used tilapia instead. It turned out just as good!

This stew is a great way to use up leftover catfish. It's also a good way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

This recipe was a disaster! The stew was bland and the catfish was tough. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

This stew was just okay. The catfish was a little dry and the vegetables were overcooked. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of fish.
