I make variations of this carrot smoothie almost every morning. This is my breakfast, but Hubby and the boys have it in addition to their breakfast and they love it. The natural sugars in the fruit allows additional sweetener to be omitted.

- Combine spinach, orange juice, carrot, protein powder, and ginger in a blender. Blend, adding frozen blueberries gradually and stirring if needed, until smooth.
