CARAMEL SNACK MIX
My family loves this snack. However it doesnt last long so that speaks for itself!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray large roasting pan with cooking spray.
- 2. In a med. size mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar & syrup. Microwave on high 2 min. or until butter melts.
- 3. Pour cereal & nuts into roasting pan, then pour melted butter mixture over & stir until well coated. Bake in oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 min. Let cool stirring occasionally to prevent clumps. Enjoy!
