Steps:
- 1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees. Combine Brown Sugar and Soy Sauce, stir until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute
- 2. Place frozen Wings in Large Roasting Pan. Pour brown sugar and soy sauce mixture over wings
- 3. Stir wings to cover with sauce. Place in the oven for 3 hours Stir every half hour. The mixture will be thin until last half hour, Enjoy
