I've tried a few different recipes for candy-coated chocolate cookies, but this one is by far the best. The cookies are always soft and chewy, and the candy coating is the perfect amount of sweetness.

I love that these cookies can be made ahead of time. I often make a batch on the weekend and then freeze them. Then I can just pop them in the oven when I need a quick snack or dessert.

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover candy. I always have a bag of Halloween candy left over after the holiday, and these cookies are the perfect way to use it up.
