Campanelle with Zucchini, Ham, Yogurt, and Scallions image

Frilled edges and a curled shape make campanelle (Italian for "little bells") ideal for catching and holding this creamy ham-and-zucchini-studded sauce. Farfalle is another good shape for this combination.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I would recommend adding more herbs or spices to give it more flavor.

The yogurt sauce was a bit too tangy for my taste, but otherwise this dish was very good. I would recommend using less yogurt or adding a bit of honey to balance out the flavor.
