Cake Mix Waffles image

When you want a cake or a quick dessert and you just don't want to heat up your oven. Grab your waffle iron. I used carrot cake for this but you can use any flavor cake mix ( or brand) that you want. So quick and easy.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box cake mix, any flavor
3/4 c water( may need a little more if to thick)
1/3 c canola oil ( or vegetable oil)
1 egg
icing ( any flavor) optional

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together ( if batter is really thick just add a little more water)
  • 2. Cook in waffle iron the same as if you were cooking waffles.
  • 3. Drizzle your favorite icing over or dust with powdered sugar.
