Cajun Oven Fries image

You'll like these with everything or by themselves.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 medium potatoes, bakers
3-4 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to tast

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 450
  • 2. Cut potatoes into wedges
  • 3. Brush pan and potatoes with olive oil
  • 4. With a fork mix spices in a plate
  • 5. Roll potatoes in spice mix and place on cookie sheet
  • 6. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes
