Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 by 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Fry bacon until crispy; drain & crumble.
- 3. In medium bowl stir chicken with garlic powder & hot sauce.
- 4. In a large bowl, stir together potatoes, ranch dressing, cheese & soup. Spoon into baking dish.
- 5. Place chicken over potato mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle crumbled bacon & fried onion rings over chicken.
- 7. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes
- 8. Uncover to bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
