I'm not a big fan of buckwheat, but these pancakes were surprisingly delicious. They had a great texture and the flavor was very mild.

I've tried many buckwheat pancake recipes, and this one is by far the best. The pancakes are light and fluffy, with a slightly nutty flavor.
