Brussels Sprouts With Dijon Sauce image

I really liked the sauce in this recipe. I like brussels sprouts anyway, but this is a way to doctor them up and make them a bit fancier. Serves a crowd.

I didn't have any Dijon mustard, so I used yellow mustard instead. It was still good, but I think it would have been better with Dijon.

The Brussels sprouts were a bit overcooked, but the Dijon sauce was still good.

These Brussels sprouts were a bit bland. I think I'll add some extra seasoning next time.

I'm not a big fan of Brussels sprouts, but this recipe changed my mind. The Dijon sauce really makes them shine.
