I'm allergic to garlic, so I omitted it from the recipe. The tomatoes were still delicious!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover tomatoes. I always have a few tomatoes that are about to go bad, so I roast them with garlic and herbs and then freeze them. They're a great addition to soups, stews, and pasta sauces.

I followed the recipe exactly and my tomatoes came out burnt. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These tomatoes were a bit too acidic for my taste. I think I would have preferred them if I had roasted them for a shorter amount of time.

I'm not usually a fan of tomatoes, but these were amazing! The roasting process really brings out the sweetness of the tomatoes. I could definitely see myself making these again.

These tomatoes are so delicious! I love the way the garlic and herbs roast together. I've also tried adding a little bit of balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes before roasting and it gives them a wonderful tangy flavor.

This recipe is incredibly simple, yet the flavors are divine! The tomatoes are roasted to perfection and the garlic and herbs add a wonderful depth of flavor. I served these as a side dish with grilled chicken and it was a hit!
