- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon water with the butter, brown sugar, and mustard. Set sauce aside.
- 2. In a skillet, stir-fry broccoli in the olive oil for 1 minute. Add the remaining water, reduce heat, and cover and cook for several minutes until crisp-tender.
- 3. Add the mustard sauce and toss to coat.
