BROCCOLI DELIGHT SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4-5 cups broccoli cut in pieces
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup diced red onion
10 strips bacon, fried, and crumbled
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup light mayonaise

Steps:

  • Put washed, well-drained broccoli in large bowl. Add raisins, onion, bacon and sunflour seeds. Mix together sugar, vinegar, and mayonaise. Pour over salad. Let salad sit for a few hours if possible. (I usually use a larger amount of dressing)
