Broccoli Cheese Cornbread image

This recipe used to get even my vegetable hatin' kiddo to eat vegetables! It's super simple, relatively quick and oh so delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pkg jiffy cornbread mix
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 c cottage cheese, small curd
2 stick butter or margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
