- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside., In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, broccoli, onion and celery. Stir in kidney beans and pimientos. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
