Brined Bratwurst image

This is a simple dish using fresh bratwurst, onions, and balsamic vinegar. It has a nice tangy flavor, and is excellent served in crusty bread and topped with spicy mustard. My other favorite way is to serve with a side of greens and potatoes.

These brats were a great value for the price. They were just as good as the more expensive brats I've had.

Overall, I thought these brats were pretty good. They were flavorful and juicy, but I think I prefer grilled brats over brined brats.

These brats were a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my brats didn't turn out as juicy as I would have liked. I think I might have overcooked them.

I was a little skeptical about brining the brats, but I'm so glad I did. It made them so flavorful and moist.
