This originally was a dessert recipe, but my family enjoyed it so much that I turned it into a breakfast meal. Served with bacon or sausage, these tasty treats are a "crepe" way to start the day!

This recipe was a disaster! The crepes were impossible to flip and the pudding filling was too runny. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my crepes turned out really dry. The pudding filling was good, but the crepes were just too dry to enjoy.
