I have had this breakfast casserole with sausage every Christmas for as long as I remember. It has been in our family cookbook for years and years. It's amazing.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this casserole without the sausage. It was still delicious! I used crumbled tofu instead of sausage, and it worked out great.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover sausage. I usually make a big batch of sausage on the weekend and then use it to make this casserole during the week. It's a quick and easy meal that the whole family loves.

I love this casserole because it's so versatile. You can add or remove ingredients to suit your own taste. I often add some diced ham or bacon, and sometimes I'll use a different type of cheese. It's always delicious.

This casserole was a disaster! The bread cubes didn't cook through and the whole thing was just a mushy mess. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I won't be making this recipe again.

I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably won't make it again.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add some more salt and pepper next time. But overall, it was a good recipe.

This breakfast casserole was a hit with my family! The sausage, cheese, and eggs were perfectly balanced, and the bread cubes added a nice texture. I will definitely be making this again.
