I'm not sure what went wrong, but my casserole didn't turn out anything like the picture.

This casserole was a disaster. The eggs didn't cook evenly, and the cheese was rubbery.

I found the casserole to be a bit dry. I think I'll add some more milk next time.

This casserole is a bit heavy for my taste, but it's still good.

I'm not a huge fan of fennel, so I omitted it from the recipe. The casserole was still very flavorful.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover Italian sausage. It's also a great make-ahead breakfast or brunch dish.

This casserole was delicious and so easy to make. I used a frozen hash brown casserole instead of the homemade one, and it still turned out great.

I've never been a fan of breakfast casseroles, but this one changed my mind. The combination of Italian sausage, eggs, cheese, and bread was perfect.
