These pork chops are a great option for a low-carb meal. The breading is made with almond flour and pork rinds, so it is low in carbs and high in protein.

I've made these pork chops in the oven and in the air fryer. They turn out great both ways. In the oven, I usually bake them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. In the air fryer, I cook them at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes per side.

These pork chops are a great way to use up leftover pork. I usually make a big batch of pulled pork on the weekend and then use the leftovers to make these pork chops during the week.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. You can use any type of bread crumbs, so you can customize the flavor to your liking. I've even used crushed crackers or cereal flakes instead of bread crumbs. The pork chops always turn out great.
