8 tablespoons farina
10 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes, then peel and mash.
  • Add farina, flour, salt and egg.
  • Work dough well.
  • Divide into 5 dumplings.
  • Place into boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.
