Chunky Hawaiian Spread image

A quick easy Hawaiian spread from Make a Difference with Dole.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c light sour cream
8 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c mango chutney

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, pineapple and chutney in medium bowl until blended.
  • 2. Spoon cream cheese mixture into medium serving bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight.
  • 3. Serve with low fat or fat free crackers.
  • 4. Refrigerate any leftover spread in airtight container up to 1 week.
