The cabbage was a bit too tart for my taste, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend using a sweeter variety of cabbage next time.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. The cabbage is always tender and the sauce is always flavorful. I like to add a little bit of caraway seeds to the sauce for extra flavor.
