3 Tbsp honey
10 c sliced vidalia or other sweet onions (about 5 onions)
1/4 c chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper

These onions are so flavorful and versatile. I've used them in sandwiches, salads, and even as a pizza topping.

I've never made braised onions before, but this recipe was so easy to follow. I'm definitely going to make it again.

This recipe is a bit too rich for my taste. I would probably use less cream next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my onions didn't turn out very creamy. They were still tasty, but they weren't as good as I was hoping for.

These onions are amazing! I'm not usually a big fan of onions, but I loved these. They were so sweet and tender.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it twice now and it's always a hit. The onions are so tender and flavorful, and the sauce is rich and creamy. I love serving this dish over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Not bad! I prefer caramelized onions, but this was a nice change of pace. The creaminess of the sauce was a good complement to the sweetness of the onions.

My wife and I tried this recipe last night and it was incredible! The flavors of the onions, cream, and herbs blended perfectly. It was a great side dish to our roasted chicken and vegetables.
