Brain Berry Muesli image

From Tana Amen's book: Change your Brain, Change your Body cookbook. I like what it does for my brain and body, but having it cold is tough. Next time I make it I'm warming it gently before eating.

This is the best muesli recipe I've ever tried! I've already made it three times and my family loves it.

This recipe was a disaster! The muesli was too dry and the berries were too tart.

I'm not sure if I'll make this recipe again. It was good, but it didn't blow me away.

This recipe is perfect for meal prep. I make a big batch on the weekend and then portion it out into individual containers for the week.

I'm not a big fan of nuts, so I omitted them from the recipe. The muesli was still really good without them.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover berries. I had a handful of blueberries and raspberries that were about to go bad, so I threw them in the muesli and they were delicious.

I added a scoop of protein powder to my muesli and it gave it a nice boost of energy.

I substituted the brain berry with blueberries and it turned out great! The muesli was still tangy and flavorful.

The muesli was a bit too crunchy for my liking. I would recommend soaking it in milk or yogurt for a few minutes before eating.

I found that the muesli was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or maple syrup.

I was a bit skeptical about the brain berry, but it actually adds a nice tartness to the muesli.
