I got this recipe from an old cook book and made some changes to it.. I used Striped Bass with this You can use any firm fish fillets with this sauce.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 with the rack in the upper third of the oven, (not the very top). Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking oil so fish will not stick..
- 2. In a shallow bowl mix everything but the bread crumbs.. put bread crumbs in another dish. Dip fish fillets in the sauce mix, then into bread crumbs. Arrange fish on the baking pan in a single layer.
- 3. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes. Check for doneness. Fish should flake with a fork.. Serve over cooked rice or by itself.
