Bob Evans Waffles (Or Pancakes) Copycat image

This is a copycat recipe I found online. Bob Evans first restaurant was here, in my hometown.. wonderful food! For the pancakes, add a little extra water till its the consistency you like, as waffle batter is a little thicker. cooking time is a guess, so I am putting in approximate per batch.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pancakes turned out a little dry. I think I might try adding a little more milk next time.

These waffles were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

These pancakes were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I might try adding a little more baking powder next time. The flavor was good, though.
