Blueberry Syrup image

Yield about 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 cups blueberries
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Add the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup water to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Strain into a mason jar. Let cool completely. Will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
