1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled

I was a bit hesitant to try these burgers because I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese, but I was pleasantly surprised. The blue cheese added a really nice tanginess that balanced out the richness of the beef.
