Steps:
- Saute minced jalapeno, garlic and onions in olive oil. Add chili sauce, beer and Jack Daniel's and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients (except Pickapeppa sauce). Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally until reduced by 2/3 (1-2 hours) Remove from heat and stir in Pickapeppa sauce.
