I'm not a big fan of kimchi, but this recipe changed my mind. The kimchi is so flavorful and delicious. I love the way it pairs with rice and other Korean dishes.

This kimchi recipe is a game-changer. I used to buy kimchi from the store, but now I only make it myself. It's so much better and it's so easy to make. I love the way it adds a pop of flavor to any dish.
