Berrylicious Banana Smoothie image

A yummy smoothie, perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert. Full of antioxidents and potassium. Enjoy!

2 ounces low-fat berry yogurt, I use one tube of Stonyfield's Lowfat Organic Squeezers in the blackberry flavor. You can use whatev
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, I use a mix of blueberries, marionberries, and raspberries
1/2 cup water, if you prefer you smoothies to be thicker you can use less water

Steps:

  • Add all ingrediants into a blender and mix to desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
