Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large cucumber
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 to 3 drops green food coloring

Steps:

  • Pare, grate, and drain cucumber. Combine cucumber with remaining ingredients. Serve on toast with bacon or tomato. It can also be thinned with milk or sour creme to make a beautiful vegetable or chip dip.
