Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups beets, cooked
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar

Steps:

  • in saucepan cook flour and butter
  • stir until smooth
  • add slowly vinegar and sugar
  • stir until smooth
  • and thick
  • cook a few minutes then pour over beets
  • cover let stand few minutes before serving.
