I am submitting this recipe by request. I have not tried it, as we have never had alcoholic beverages around, but I understand it makes a terrific loaf of bread! I got this recipe from "The Bread Lover's Cookbook" by: Elizabeth Hensberger. I am sure it is a good one. Elizabeth Hensberger is a Master Breadmaker. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Pour the beer into a bowl and let stand at room temperature for a few hours to go flat.
- 2. Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions. Set crust on dark and program for the Basic cycle; press Start. (This recipe is NOT suitable for use with the Delay Timer.)
- 3. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
