This recipe was a total fail. The brats were dry and the kraut was sour.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. The brats are juicy and flavorful, and the kraut is nice and tangy.

So easy to make and so delicious! I used a dunkelweizen beer and it gave the brats a really nice flavor.

These beer brats were a hit at my last party! The kraut was the perfect tangy complement to the savory brats.
