Beef Casserole Deluxe image

I found this recipe on the box of instant rice. I have definitely added it to my recipe collection! This is a fairly quick dish to put together and tastes great! We prefer to make this with venison instead of ground beef but both are good!

This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was much better.

I'm not usually a fan of beef casseroles, but this one was really good. The beef was tender and the sauce was flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

I've tried this recipe a few times and I can never get it right. The beef is always tough and the sauce is too thin.

This casserole was easy to make and very tasty. I used a chuck roast instead of stew meat and it worked out well. The beef was very tender and the vegetables were cooked perfectly.

I followed the recipe exactly and the casserole turned out great. The beef was fall-apart tender and the sauce was delicious. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans.

This beef casserole was a hit with my family! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. The sauce was rich and creamy, and the crispy onion topping added a nice touch. I will definitely be making this again.
