Steps:
- 1. Place ribs in a large kettle or Dutch oven; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until juices run clear and ribs are tender; drain. Combine the remaining ingredients. Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, basting with sauce and turning occasionally.
- 2. If I use the oven method. Boil the ribs for 15 minutes; and then place ribs in a 10x15 pan and ladle most of the sauce over the ribs and bake at 350'F for 30-40 min. uncovered.
