BBLT Chopped Salad image

My original BLT chopped salad recipe called for lettuce. One day I didn't have any, so I substituted spinach. I ended up making some more healthy adjustments to the dish, and the rest is history! -Cindy VanBeek, Randolph, Wisconsin

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt in the dressing instead. It was still delicious!

I made this salad for lunch today and it was delicious! I used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg and added some avocado. The dressing was perfect - not too heavy or too light.
